Masseto Magnum - 2007 - Toscana IGT
Roșu închis, aproape opac.
Dens, bogat, intens, cu taninuri mătăsoasă. Final foarte lung, ce pune în evidență aciditatea revigorantă.
Complex, elegant, bogat aromatic, cu note de fructe roșii și negre, note balsamice de ierburi sălbatice, condimente fine și cacao.
Fiecare parcelă este vinificată separat, procesul de macerare pe boștină se încheie după 10-15 zile, iar fermentația alcoolică duce perioada totală petrecută în tancurile de inox la 20-25 de zile la o temperatura de 25-28°C. Fermentația malolactică se produce în butoaie noi de stejar franțuzesc, iar procesul de maturare este de 24 de luni în "barriques": 12 înainte de asamblaj și alte 12 după asamblaj. Învechit pentru 12 luni în sticlă.
