Visual

Deep ruby red.

Palate

Rich and Mediterranean taste, creamy and silky, with an enjoyable and vibrant salinity.

Nose

It expresses itself as a symphony of aromas ranging from the intense smell of red-orange and violets to fresh balsamic herbal notes.   

Winemaking

Manual harvesting. Fermentation and maceration with indigenous yeasts for 50 days in open top wooden casks. Aging: 24 months of aging in bigger barrel followed by 18 months in cement vats.
