Deep, lustruous yellow, topped by a lush and creamy foam and enriched by an interminably persistent perlage.
Impressive coherence on the palate, with a dense, creamy, generous and rich mouthfeel, a very long persistence and aftertaste. In this context, acidity plays a key role in supporting and carrying the flavors along, providing freshness and longevity.
An ample and kaleidoscopic array of aromas is in perpetual transformation, morphing from ripe yellow fruit to polyfloral honey, from pastry to candied citrus fruit, all the way to fleeting hints of smokiness and bay leaves.
A great cuvée aspiring to express the memory of the soil of Franciacorta and its perpetual renewal. The grapes used for this blend are carefully selected and only the bunches of the oldest vines are fermented in small white oak casks. Extensive aging on fine lees, 57% pieces, 43% inox.
