Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva - 2020 - Maipo Valley
Deep purple-red.
Intense, mature and complex and elegant. Full-bodied, with ripe and well-integrated tannins and a long finish.
Intense purple, with aromas of cassis and mint and notes of dried figs and raspberries. Barrel aging adds notes of vanilla and spices.
After the harvest, the grapes were selected, destemmed and pressed so that they could be taken into stainless steel tanks, where they were inoculated with selected yeasts and left for two weeks on average temperatures of 32ºC. Once fermentation is completed, the must is submitted to an extra week of maceration. After that, the skins were separated and the young wine was poured into French oak barrels (20% new) for 11 months. Clarification was carried out with inactivated yeasts.
