Visual

Deep purple red.

Palate

Rich and full, silky and well integrated tannins, pleasant acidity, black forest fruits and spices, long aftertaste.

Nose

Forest fruits, cherries, licorice and spices.

Winemaking

Hand-picked, sorting on the plot, in small crates. The vatting period lasts around 4 weeks with gentle extraction of the aromas and colors. Aged in French oak barrels (15% new).
