Palate

Rich and full texture, velvety tannins, black forest fruits and spices overtones, long aftertaste.

Nose

Complex aromas of black and red forest fruits, spices, and floral tones.

Winemaking

Hand-picked, sorting on the plot, in small crates. The vatting period lasts around 4 weeks with gentle extraction of the aromas and colors. Aged in French oak barrels (15% new).
