Les Cèdres Bio - 2020 - Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC
Bright and intense garnet red.
A wine full of character, and structure, the attack is fresh, and the palate is generous, with aromas of ripe black fruits and tapenade, round tannins and a spicy finish.
A complex and elegant bouquet of blackberries and blueberries, spices(black pepper), and floral subtle notes(peony). The aromas become more powerful and reveal themselves after aeration.
Traditional vinification, and alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperatures for 3 weeks with daily pump-over. Aging for 12 months in French oak vats.
