A Mano Primitivo - 2022 - Puglia IGP
Deep purple red.
Medium to full body, with a good balance between ripe fruit flavors, tannin, and acidity. Although it's a well-structured wine with good intensity, the finish is light and fruity.
Elegant, fruity, fresh and complex with ripe aromas of blackberries, and raspberries, followed by sweet spices notes.
Manual harvesting from 40 to 70-year-old vineyards. Cold maceration followed by a few weeks of low-temperature fermentation (16°C) in cement tanks. The wine is kept in the bottle for a short period prior to the release.
