Visual

Ruby red.

Palate

A refined wine with silky tannins and a long and persistent finish.

Nose

Bouquet of ripe fruits (plums, blackcurrants and blackberries) and balsamic and grassy notes. Delicate spicy and mineral nuances.

Winemaking

Handpicked grapes are first de-stemmed and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 8 - 10 days, with constant skin contact. During fermentation pumping over and punching down operations are regularly carried out. The wine is aged for 24 months in 225-litre American oak barrels.
