Visual

Pale lemon with resplendent green hues.

Palate

It is slightly tangy, well structured, full in the mouth, and lasting in the finish.

Nose

Pleasant aroma of meadow flowers, typical for the variety, reminiscence of exotic fruits.

Winemaking

Temperature-controlled fermentation at 20°C in steel tanks is followed by four months of aging on the fine lees in concrete vats, prior to bottling.
