Visual

Bright deep red with purple hues.

Palate

Velvety structure, juicy and well-balanced texture.

Nose

Black ripe cherries, raspberry, and blueberry aromas, floral and spicy notes.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested grapes are cold macerated on skins for 2 days, then fermented in stainless steel tanks for over 5 days with regular pump-overs. Gentle pressing and malolactic fermentation. The wine is fined and filtered before bottling.
