Visual

A pale ruby red color.

Palate

Pleasantly bitterish, velvety, at once elegant and full.

Nose

Fine, delicate and persistent bouquet with characteristic trace scents of strawberry and raspberry.

Winemaking

The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers (30°C). Contact with the skins lasts approximately ten days and the malolactic fermentation takes place in steel containers. Approx. 8/10 months in large barrels and several months in bottles.
