The perfect balance between the round tannins, ripe berries and pleasant acidity. The finish is long and astonishing.
Concentrated aromas of ripe black fruits, violet notes and exotic spices.
After being hand-picked, the grapes are delicately destalked, taking care not to break the skins, and then undergo further selection by hand on a sorting table. They then undergo pre-fermentation maceration for 24-48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation lasting 30-32 days in a concrete vat, at controlled temperatures under 28°C.At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine is put into French oak barriques(45% new) for 6 months. The assemblage then takes place, and the wine goes back into the barriques for 6 months. Then 4 months in concrete tanks precedes the bottling. The wine then remains to mature in the bottle for at least 12 months before being released onto the market.
