Pinot Noir Gran Reserva - 2019 - Casablanca Valley
Ruby red.
Red cherry, raspberry and a touch of spice. A well-integrated oak backbone, fresh acidity together with soft, well-rounded tannins that provide excellent structure and length.
Intense aromas of cinnamon, black plum, and cedar, with just a hint of orange blossom.
An eight days cold soak at 5ºC and fermented for 12 days with temperatures peaking at 28ºC. Aged for a total of 10 months in French oak barrels (25% new and 75% second and third use) before being bottled without filtration.
