Visual

Pale yellow.

Palate

Fresh, with a taste characterized by fruity notes. Elegant, with a harmonious structure.

Nose

Intense and fruity, with well-defined aromas.

Winemaking

The must with added selected yeast cultures is put into vessels where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C to enhance all the fragrances. Upon reaching the required alcohol and sugar content fermentation is stopped by refrigeration and only after 120 days of maturation on the lees the sparkling wine is ready for bottling.
