Visual

Intense and bright red colour.

Palate

Power and freshness, supported by firm tannins and a touch of acidity are felt on the palate.

Nose

Fine and complex mineral notes and well-defined aromas of ripe plums and black cherries.

Winemaking

Fermentation takes place in cement tanks with natural yeasts. Aging for 18 months in cement tanks, French oak and stainless steel barrels.

PSI is an unfiltered wine. It is the result of a meticulous, traditional winemaking process, thus obtaining a wine of exceptional quality.
