Pure and vibrant with layers of passionfruit, tropical fruit and zesty citrus. 

Winemaking

The grapes were gently pressed and batch fermented, using a variety of yeast strains at cool temperatures to capture the vibrant fruit flavors and aromatics from the Marlborough vineyards.
