Visual

Light yellow, bright.

Palate

It displays a mix of sensations of yellow fruits and minerals, being juicy, with an impeccable balance between the sweet tones of ripe yellow fruits and the fresh, sour ones. Very expressive and complex, with a mineral and spicy finish.

Nose

Intense and expressive aromas of white flowers, lemon peel and green apples, with mineral and grassy accents.

Winemaking

Traditional, in the reductive style, with wild yeasts, for preserving the primary fruit aromas and for highlighting the characteristics of climate and soil.
