Visual

Salmon pink with a touch of carmine.

Palate

Delicate red berry fruit, yet perfectly balanced with a lovely refreshing finish.

Nose

Hawthorn flowers, green apples, white almonds, and wild cherries.

Winemaking

A short period of maceration to extract color. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation for 80% of the wine. The wine remained in the tank for 6 months before bottling and then a further 2 months in the bottle before release.
