Visual

Bright deep garnet red.

Palate

Big, juicy red-fruit flavors infuse the palate while softly textured tannins lead to a long, gratifying finish.  

Nose

Ripe fruit aromas of black cherry and currant are enhanced by notes of toasted pastry and dark roast coffee from the authentic barrel bouquet.  

Winemaking

Maturation for at least 12 months in 60-gallon American oak barrels, 18% new.
