Visual

Bright pale yellow with fine and persistent perlage.

Palate

Savory taste, with delicate mineral notes that accentuate the freshness of the finish and a creamy persistence that gives the sensation of "mousse".

Nose

Delicate aromas of white fruit (apple, pear), aromatic herbs, lemon cream and citrus notes.

Winemaking

Fermentation at 15 ºC for 6 weeks. Medium maturation in bottle for 24-30 months. No added sugars after disgorging. Semi-manual disgorging process.
